Our normal business hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10AM until 5PM, and Saturdays are by appointment only.

Walk-ins are always welcome! However, due to our loyal following, we may not always have an immediate opening, but our work is worth waiting for! Rest assured that we will make every effort to accommodate you at your earliest convenience. There is never enough time in the day! So, for you extra busy guys and gals we do offer scheduling beyond our normal business hours. Each stylist or nail tech sets their own personal schedule, but will eagerly assist you with booking accordingly.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. We may require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy enables us to potentially schedule another another client and, in turn, maintain a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

 

Kindly arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you are late, we will do everything we can to accommodate, however we may not be able to provide the full service for which you were scheduled for.

Service Satisfaction Policy:

In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours to schedule a revision service. This service is scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. This service will be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the original service. Retail Return Policy:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please return the product for exchange within 5 days of purchase. We do not provide cash back. No exchange on special order items are allowed unless the product is defective. This applies to hair care products only. Any wigs or electronic devices, refer to the manufacturer.
